I’ve always wanted to learn how to make entremets, and after much contemplation decided to attend this Masterclass! Learnt a lot and highly recommend because she went through the tips and tricks, as well as fancy techniques I never would have gotten a chance to learn by myself without investing in a lot of proper equipment. The whole course took 6-7 hours but was well worth it. Yes there were immersion blenders, blowtorches and spray guns involved!
