Strawberry Matcha Latte Cookies adapted from michellek23_ 165g unsalted butter |
To make cookies Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in vanilla, egg and egg yolk. Beat until smooth. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, cornstarch, matcha powder and salt. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Mix in white chocolate chips & freeze dried strawberries. Scoop out cookie dough onto parchment paper. Bake for around 11 minutes. Decorate with crushed freeze dried strawberries. |
